Challenge

While delivery remains a cornerstone of modern shopping, there is significant potential for improvement in delivery systems through the integration of digital solutions; this is especially crucial since many delivery companies still heavily rely on paperwork, which not only can lead to confusion during deliveries but also contributes to the extension of the overall delivery process.

Approach

Deliverly is dedicated to simplifying delivery staff's daily tasks by offering a comprehensive digital platform. This all-in-one solution guides them seamlessly through their daily routines with features such as navigation, box tracking, user data logging, and daily planning. Our user-friendly interface is thoughtfully designed for optimal daytime visibility, featuring attention-grabbing call-to-action buttons set against a clean background. Additionally, our wide and easily accessible buttons and clickable areas ensure a user-friendly experience, even when on the go.

Optimized route of the day
at delivery car's screen!

Deliverly automatically receives the daily list of the boxes, generates the optimized route for that list and navigates you through that route from your car's HMI.

Designs

No more paper, no more wrong deliveries!

With Deliverly, all the boxes are digitally scanned before being handed to the receivers in order to prevent wrong deliveries. It also saves the Receiver's ID in the mobile application if necessary, which is a process that companies normally conduct on paper and pen.

PERSONAL NOTES ABOUT THE PROJECT

What I liked the most

Working with a device that is different than desktop, phone or tablet was an interesting yet challenging project for me. I liked the consideration process of the interactions that would take place in a car.

What I would improve

I would have taken my time and looked into the different touchpoints of a delivery process starting from ordering till the delivery staff's arrival to their store at the end of the day, and complete the design of the overall platform for every step.
